Phase II is a final inspection performed when the house is finished and utilities are on. (basically a full home inspection).  Written reports will be e-mailed next business day after the physical inspection.

Siding Evaluation
This inspection is mostly done when the siding is a composition board type material, such as Louisiana Pacific, to determine the type of siding present, condition and any repairs/replacement needed.

  Radon Testing
Radon testing is recommended for all homes.  We use the radalink electronic monitoring system.  The testing time is 48 hours from start to finish.  The data collected by the monitor is uploaded to the radalink analysis computer via phone lines and a written report of the test results is provided via e-mail.
